One or more scammers claiming to be Adam Back (Blockstream CEO) are reaching out to users via Twitter DMs.

The scammers send their potential victims an “investment plan” – a list of options ranging from 1 to 16 BTC, each promising earnings higher than the initial investment.

This scam is intended to trick individuals into sending bitcoins to the scammers’ addresses – the promised returns would likely never be paid out.
